SECOND COURSE
Risotto Paradox: bouillabaisse broth, mussels, shrimp, mahi mahi, rouille
Filet Bordelaise: grilled tournedos, rosemary roasted red bliss, asparagus, red wine sauce
The “Memere”: canadian pork pie, white beans, pickled green tomato, honey crisp apple
